Roma and Gioia del Colle obtains their ticket for the playoffs semi final. Both required a tie-break to get rid of their respective opponents: Santa Croce and Isernia. The team from the capital took the first set but then struggled and fell 2-1 behind. Piacentini’s players did very well to remain composed and qualify for the semi finals despite entering the playoffs as 9^th and last team at the end of the regular season.   

Isernia surrendered at the tie-break too. They tied the game tice after falling behind, forcing a tie-break, but Gioia did not falter. Roma and Gioia will meet in the semi finals. And whoever will win the series will play for a place in the A1 against the winner if Latina vs Bassano. Game 1 of the semi finals is scheduled on Sunday 26 April at 6pm.
